When things go wacky they really go wacky. I really couldn't dream the weird things that happen in my life.
Brady has his 9 mo checkup today 29 1/4" and 21.5 pds. He is 80% for height and 60% for weight. So all is well. Great muscle tone. Still has RSV but no worse so it should take its coarse and clear up with out any major complications. BUT.... you all knew it was coming. He seems to have a problem when you lay him on his tummy he seems unable to use his legs to move about. He should be scooting all over the place and doesn't move from the spot you place him in. No matter how bad he may want an item if you hold it out of his reach he can not come get it. He can move in a circle using his torso and arms only not his legs. Even when you are right in front of him to pull him self up so you pick him up, he will only use his arms and torso and not his legs. Yet at the same time he is almost walking everyone seems quite puzzled. So the doctor was going to call Easter Seals to question them. To see if they think he just doesn't have the motivation or if they think something may be wrong with his hips etc. I should here something back hopefully on Monday to see if he needs to go see a specialist or where we go from here.
He is my tallest baby at this age the other two were 29" so he is a quarter of an inch taller and almost a pound lighter than the other boys were. Just thought this was a cool fact.
On Saturday I have to go to my sisters wedding shower. So for the first time in Brady's 9 mo's I have hired a sitter. Megan G. who would have ever thought. I mean I watched her as a baby and watched her grow up. When did all these children get so old. Oh man does that mean I am that old too. UGH!!! When did all this happen when I was sleeping. Time is flying by entirely too fast. I want all these kids to go back to being little again and watch them all grow a little more closely this time and enjoy even the stressful times a little bit more.
Okay getting sappy time to go.

Can you say disaster
Okay that was my entire Tuesday. One big disaster from the moment I awoke and realized it was 7:35 am and the kids and I overslept and now they have missed the bus. I quickly woke them up and raced them to school at which time Brady screamed for almost an hour straight. I have now come the conclusion that I can't wait for Thursday's appointment and call the doctor. In the meantime the car dealership calls and tells me that State farm will not honor the binder until we prepay a month in advance. So now I need to somehow get to the doctors and the insurance company. However, it only gets better when I realize we also need to rent a car dolly to get Jeff's old van to the car dealership for a trade in and also come up with $200 to still pay the dealership for the down payment on the new van.
Well quickly run numbers and we are horribly short on money. I make a call to good ole' mom and ask to borrow some money until Friday. Well now I need to run to Danville on top of everything else. I call Jeff at work as my head is spinning in 300 directions because I have to do all this with 4 kids ages 2 and under. Thank goodness he was able to come home early and help me figure all this out.
I get Brady to the doctors and he has RSV and Bronculitis (sp?). There is absolutely nothing the can do it is viral but pretty serious too. It is all respiratory and we need to keep an eye on his breathing. We also need to avoid the cold as much as possible for the fear of Pneumonia on top of everything else. Great when the get sick man they get sick.
We get back and are ready to go pick up the new car. Well now the car dealership says the financing company has not verified the binder and they are still waiting. Forget this we start heading down anyways and they realize that we have done everything we are supposed to do on our end and release the new car to us. Finally done after all the work we have done to get this van this week but it is finally parked in our driveway even though it took until 8 pm last night.
Today is a nice relaxing day, enjoying ever minute of the snow. Woke up around 2 am and watched to see if the kids had snow and just watched the snow come down quietly in the dark for awhile until heading back off to bed.
Okay talk to you all later.

Just a quick update
Last Austin had basketball so we raced out the door a little later than I would have liked, since I finally convinced him to get a haircut so he doesn't look like a degenerate anymore woohoo. While we were their a lady with a baby as well asks if she can sit down next to me. Sure I say. The boys were quite fascinated with each other. I don't think they have ever seen another baby before. I ask her where her son goes to school (since we have 3 elementary schools in Bedford) she says Memorial. Oh I say so does my son, what is his name she says Shay. Oh my gosh I realize not only do I know him. He is in Austin's class and is Austin's really good friend at school. I tell his mom too funny because her reaction is the same when she finds out I am Austin's mom. So for the rest of the game we just chat back and forth and then she says to you stay home. I say yes she says do you ever want to get together my best friend who used to live across the street just moved and I am getting really tired of talking to the dog. I just laugh.
I am really kind of excited Brady finally has a little friend his age Noah is 5 mo's and Brady is going on 9 mo's well in 4 days. Then Austin will also get to play with his friend Shay too. That rarely happens when you find someone with kids the exact same ages when there was such an age difference in between.
Well Brady is napping I thought he was shaking this cold but really I was tricked because today it seems worse not better. The only good thing is he is scheduled for his 9 mo check up on Thursday so they can check him out then and I won't have to schedule a sick visit.
Next few weeks I am out straight. I will be out and about every day except Friday this week it seems. So will update when I can.

Very Excited
Okay as much as I went kicking and screaming. I finally gave in realizing we have not alternative than to get a new car. So last night we purchased a 2003 Ford Windstar LX. We are picking it up probably Tuesday. It is Forest Green and has duel sliders. Jeff will take over my 98 Windstar and I will get the new one. I have to say though I will miss my old one. I really love it. I think I will learn to love the new one as well though. Payments I believe will be in our budget. Finally we are moving up in the world.
Well still crossing my fingers Brady is on the mend. Seems slightly better today. I really hope this is true. Busy night Colby has a karate seminar from 7:30-9:30 so will be out and about tonight.
Well going to try and call more of my family and friends. Maybe eventually somebody will be home to tell my good news about the car too. I am 0 for 4 at this point.

Can you say slacker
Wow didn't quite realize it had been so long since I updated. I can't believe how busy my schedule is. Usually don't get this busy until the spring.
Last Thursday it was nice I went with Brady and visited Rita. It had been so long since I had been over it was really nice to see her. She hadn't seen Brady since he was about a month old. You can imagine her shock when she saw him he has changed so much.
On Saturday we dropped Colby off at Luke's he went to the Monarchs game with the Manchester Karate Studio and then back over to Luke's for a sleepover. I raced Austin to his game, yeah they won and then went to Rachael's to pick up Dylan for a sleepover. They all had a great time.
Well Jeff's van finally I believe went to car hell. We can only resurrect the car so many times. So it looks like tonight we are going to go car shopping. Most likely I will get a new van and Jeff will take mine. REALLY not looking forward to having to have a car payment again. But we can't be a one car household either.
I guess the only saving grace is it is tax return season. Can't wait to get our return back we so desperately need it.
Brady has another cold UGH!!! I believe it is from Andrew my daycare child. I know none of them can help passing things back and forth but boy does this stink. He has only been healthy for about 2 weeks and it seems every time he gets a cold inevitably it turns into an ear infection. Really crossing my fingers this time.
Okay off for today hope everyone is well.
